Meet The Owner

Moises Flores, owner of High Quality Fence, never set out to run his own company—but hard work, determination, and a natural talent for leadership led him there. His journey began when he was looking for work in the area and took a job as a laborer for a local fence company. What started as hands-on experience quickly turned into something more. Moises was soon invited to step into a sales and estimating role, where he learned the ins and outs of customer service and project management.

When the company owner took a week off and asked Moises to step in and oversee operations, something clicked. The trust placed in him—and the success of that week—ignited a spark. Moises began to envision running his own business, one where he could take everything he’d learned and build something with long-term impact. With the support of his wife, he founded High Quality Fence on October 11, 2019, and hasn’t looked back since.

His vision for the company is rooted in two things: consistent growth and a healthy, positive workplace culture. Moises believes in creating an environment where team members feel appreciated and motivated to do their best every day. That mindset is reflected in the company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Outside of work, Moises enjoys spending time with his family, especially cheering on his kids in their sports activities. High Quality Fence is also proud to give back to the community by sponsoring local girls’ fast pitch softball teams. For Moises, it’s about building more than fences—it’s about building relationships, opportunities, and a company people are proud to be part of.
